B.I.E.T.C. is a compulsory loading certificate which must be issued for each B/L with goods destined to Gabon. We are authorized to issue loading certificates for cargos loaded in Brazil, in Venezuela and in Colombia.
Any cargo not covered by the validated CGC – Conseil Gabonais des Chargeurs constitutes an offence to the regulation in force in Gabon, penalties will therefore be systematically applied at destination.
Please pay attention carefully on the shipped on board date of B/L, because this certificate must be issued within a limit of 15 (fifteen) days after shipment of cargo.
