Beacon & South Atlantic  is a Family company founded in 1991 by Mr. José Vela Duarte Silva.

Presently the Company is managed by his Family and it is particularly dedicated to the issuing of Cargo Loading Certificates exported from South American countries to most African countries.

The agency has its  headquarters  located at the Port of Santos – Brazil,  one of the largest in South America and counts with a reliable staff in order to offer  the best service quality  to our customers.
